Engineered for speed. Built to last.
Aere Modular designs and manufactures architect-grade prefab homes, granny flats and cabins. Fixed pricing, precision engineering, and a build program measured in weeks, not years.
Two ways to build, one standard of precision.
Every Aere structure is engineered off-site in a controlled factory environment, then transported and installed by our accredited delivery partners. Choose the system that matches your site and timeline.
Panelised System
Structural insulated panels manufactured to millimetre tolerance, assembled on-site in days. Ideal for granny flats, studios and single-storey homes on standard suburban blocks.
Volumetric Modules
Fully fitted-out room modules, up to ninety percent complete before they leave the factory floor. The fastest path from contract to keys for larger family homes.
3D Rendering Add-On
Photorealistic interior and exterior renders of your floorplan before a single panel is cut. Walk your clients through the finished home, adjust finishes, and price with confidence.
Three stages from concept to keys.
A structured, transparent program with fixed milestones at every stage, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.
Concept & Pricing
Share your site, budget and brief. We return a concept floorplan and a fixed indicative price within five business days.
Engineering
Full structural, civil and services documentation, council or private certification, and final specification sign-off.
Contract & Manufacturing
Fixed-price contract executed, your home enters the production line, and delivery is scheduled to your site.
Clear numbers, no surprises.
Pricing is presented as a base build cost plus site-specific costs, confirmed in writing before you sign anything.
Kit vs. Turnkey
Kit supply covers manufactured panels or modules delivered to site for your own trades. Turnkey covers full delivery, install, connections and handover, managed end to end by Aere.
Owner-Builder Pathway
We supply engineered documentation and factory components, you manage site works and trades under your owner-builder permit. Best for hands-on clients with time and trade contacts.
Registered Builder Pathway
One of our accredited building partners holds the contract and manages delivery, siting, connections and certification for a fully hands-off experience.
The baseline covers the manufactured structure, standard fittings and finishes, and factory quality assurance. Site costs such as slab, connections, access and council fees are quoted separately once we have your site details.
Most panelised builds leave the factory within eight to twelve weeks of final sign-off. Volumetric family homes typically run fourteen to eighteen weeks depending on complexity and finish selections.
Yes. Under the kit pathway you can engage any licensed builder or manage the project yourself as an owner-builder, subject to your state's regulations. We provide full engineering support either way.
Yes, we deliver nationally. Regional and remote sites are quoted with transport and crane access factored into the fixed price, confirmed at the concept stage, not after contract signing.
